Overview
I’m Catherine, a holistic wellness expert and executive coach.
After graduating from a business school in France and working in international strategic consulting, I decided to follow my true calling: dedicating myself to wellness. With over 15 years of experience as a Wellness Coach and more than 20,000 private sessions with senior executives in Spain and Gibraltar, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities and unique needs of their roles.
Following the pandemic, I observed a growing interest in self-care and stress management, free from taboos. This led me to specialize in executive coaching, mindfulness, and a growth mindset, developing tools to strengthen resilience, adaptability, and conscious leadership.
With this experience, I created the WellHexagon Method, a unique methodology that combines holistic wellness and executive coaching, aimed at transforming leadership in an ever-changing world.
Vision
My future vision is to establish a club of conscious leaders as agents of change, featuring gatherings in key cities and an online community where they can share visions and practical solutions. This initiative aims to contribute to societal transformation and foster synergies across generations in a constantly evolving world.
